A group of children from the charity, Home-Start Family Support Centre were delighted to be invited along to visit The Snowman at
The Birmingham Repertory Theatre.
Howard Blake's sensational show has
made a very welcome return to the theatre's main stage once again to
delight hundreds of children and their families'.
Some of the children were given a magical opportunity of walking on
the to main stage into a snowy winter wonderland to meet the Snowman,
this was a lovely experience for the children as they admired all the
stage scenery and finished off with a ride on the famous bright yellow
motorbike!
During January, groups of Home-Start families will go
along and see this magical performance.
Jackie Cummins Dougan said " We are so grateful to The REP for their
continued support at this time of year, having the opportunity to
visit the theatre for our Home-Start children is both
magical, educational and indeed a memorable experience for many that
are coping with extremely difficult circumstances.
We currently need more companies and organisations to support
Home-Start with our Fundraising Appeals and Volunteering
opportunities, if you wish to get involved please contact Jackie on
0121 240 1750 or 07940 838103."
